Location: Europe (EU Waters)
We are currently seeking an experienced Floorman to join a Jack-Up Drilling Unit for a short-term offshore assignment starting at the end of January. The role involves supporting drilling operations by assisting with rig floor activities, ensuring safe handling of equipment, and maintaining compliance with offshore safety standards.
This position is suitable for EU nationals who are available at short notice and have prior experience working on drilling installations.
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with drilling and tripping operations on the rig floor
• Handling drilling tools, tubulars, and associated equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the rig floor area
• Following instructions from the Driller and senior rig crew
• Complying with all HSE procedures, toolbox talks, and safety drills
• Previous experience as a Floorman on drilling units
• Valid OPITO H2S certification
• Valid BSN
• Valid offshore medical fitness certificate
• EU nationality only (project requirement)
• Good understanding of offshore safety procedures
