Job Description:
The Floorman assists with rig floor operations, including pipe handling, drilling support, equipment maintenance, and ensuring safe operations on deck and in the derrick.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in handling drill pipes and equipment
• Support drilling crew and maintain rig floor
• Monitor and maintain mud and drilling equipment
• Follow offshore safety procedures
• Assist with general deck operations as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years offshore drilling experience
• STCW, BOSIET/FOET, offshore medical
• Knowledge of rig floor operations and safety
• Physical fitness and teamwork skills
• English communication skills
