Job Description:
Drillmar Resources is currently recruiting an experienced Floorman to join a 6th Generation Drillship operating from Las Palmas. This is a short-term offshore assignment for candidates with previous experience on modern offshore drilling units. The successful candidate will support drilling operations, handle drilling equipment, and assist the drilling crew while ensuring full compliance with company HSE procedures and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist with drilling operations and the safe handling of drill pipe, casing, and related equipment.
Operate and maintain drilling floor equipment under the supervision of the Driller.
Keep the drill floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Participate in routine inspections and maintenance of drilling equipment.
Follow company HSE policies, emergency procedures, and operational instructions.
Requirements:
Valid OPITO BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS.
Valid OGUK Medical or Seafarer's Medical.
Right to work in the European Union.
Previous offshore experience as a Floorman.
Experience onboard a cyber semi-submersible or 6th Generation Drillship.
Proficiency in English communication.
