A leading oil and gas company is seeking an experienced Floorman for upcoming offshore drilling projects. The successful candidate will assist with drilling-floor operations, equipment handling, and general rig activities while maintaining a high standard of workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with drill pipe handling and drilling-floor operations.
• Supporting the connection and disconnection of drilling equipment.
• Inspecting and maintaining assigned tools and equipment.
• Keeping the drilling floor organized and free from hazards.
• Following lifting, manual handling, and offshore safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Relevant offshore drilling experience as a Floorman or in a similar position.
• Appropriate qualifications and valid certificates, as required.
• Familiarity with drilling-floor operations and equipment handling.
• Good physical fitness for the duties involved.
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
