Job Description:
The Lead Floorhand oversees and supports the drilling crew on daily rig operations, ensuring efficiency, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising floor operations and assisting in equipment handling.
• Training and mentoring junior crew members.
• Ensuring rig maintenance and safety checks are completed.
• Coordinating workflow between derrickman, motorhand, and driller.
• Maintaining compliance with HSE standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of rig floor experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid safety and offshore/onshore drilling certifications.
• Ability to work under pressure and in remote conditions.
