Job Description:
Ventia is seeking an experienced Floorhand to join our onshore drilling and well servicing operations in Queensland. The Floorhand plays a key role in maintaining rig operations, supporting drilling activities, and ensuring the highest safety standards on site.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in the setup and breakdown of rig equipment.
• Handling drilling tools and tubulars during operations.
• Performing general rig maintenance and housekeeping.
• Supporting other crew members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Following all safety and operational procedures at all times.
Requirements:
• Valid industry certifications (e.g., BOSIET or equivalent).
• Previous experience on land rigs preferred.
• Physically fit and safety-oriented.
• Ability to work well within a team and in remote environments.
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: Long-term, rotational roster (3:3 or 2:2).
