Job Description:
Nordic-Calista has been powering Arctic drilling for over 40 years and is now seeking experienced professionals to join its operations on Alaska’s North Slope. This project requires grit, skill, and strong teamwork in one of the world’s toughest environments. Successful candidates will contribute to safe and reliable drilling operations, ensuring the continued success of Arctic energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing drilling and rig operations in line with safety and operational standards
• Supporting the rig crew with maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of equipment
• Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and company safety practices
• Contributing to efficient daily operations through teamwork and reliability
• Maintaining professionalism and readiness in challenging Arctic conditions
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in the applied role (rig operations, electrical maintenance, or drilling)
• Valid offshore/onshore certifications (where applicable)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Ability to work in demanding Arctic environments
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: Project-based (onboarding begins December 2025, work starts January 2026)
