Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Chief Electronic Technician on behalf of our client. The position is available for an immediate start (ASAP) and is scheduled to run until 26th May.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electronic and electrical systems onboard, ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently in accordance with offshore standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Maintaining and repairing electronic and control systems onboard
Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical/electronic faults
Supporting safe and efficient operation of vessel or installation systems
Ensuring compliance with offshore safety and operational procedures
Assisting with planned maintenance and reporting technical issues
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Proven experience as Chief Electronic Technician or similar offshore role
Relevant technical/electrical/electronic offshore certification
Employment Details:
