• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on top drive systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in coordination with rig teams
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment reports
• Provide technical support during drilling operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience maintaining top drive systems
• Strong technical knowledge of brands such as NOV or Varco
• Valid offshore or land rig certifications
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• English proficiency required
