Job Description:
The Lead Cementing Engineer will design, plan, and oversee cementing programs, ensuring safe and effective execution. The role requires strong engineering expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize cementing designs for wells
• Supervise cementing operations and ensure technical accuracy
• Provide engineering support and troubleshooting during field execution
• Collaborate with drilling and reservoir engineers on cementing strategies
• Prepare post-job evaluations and technical reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
• Extensive cementing engineering and field experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with cementing software and simulation tools
• Valid IWCF or equivalent certification
