Job Description:
We are currently recruiting a Field Service Engineer to work with advanced propulsion control systems on a global basis. The role involves both hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of electronic systems onboard vessels and at client sites worldwide. The position requires a strong technical mindset, problem-solving ability, and willingness to travel internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Diagnosing electrical and technical issues related to propulsion control systems
• Performing troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
• Replacing and installing circuit boards and electronic components
• Installing new electronic systems onboard vessels and client facilities
• Providing technical support and commissioning services worldwide
• Maintaining accurate technical documentation and service reports
• Working independently in offshore and onshore environments
• Communicating with clients and providing technical solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong technical background in electrical/electronic systems
• Ability to work independently and in a service-oriented role
• Flexible and willing to travel globally
• Strong problem-solving and improvisation skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong advantage
