Job Description:
Drilling Fluids Engineer VII leads high-level drilling fluids engineering projects, providing strategic support, optimization, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead fluid design and operational optimization
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and lab staff
• Review drilling fluids performance and provide recommendations
• Liaise with project management and field operations teams
• Ensure HSE compliance and operational excellence

Requirements:
• Degree in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years experience in drilling fluids engineering
• Offshore and onshore experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• English proficiency required
