Job Description:
Responsible for planning and executing drilling operations, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with company safety standards for HPHT and directional drilling projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design well plans and manage drilling programs.
• Coordinate with rig site teams and third-party services.
• Ensure proper control of drilling operations and safety standards.
• Analyze drilling performance and recommend improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
Requirements:
• 25–35 years of relevant experience in oil & gas drilling.
• Engineering degree in Petroleum or Mechanical discipline.
• Expertise in HPHT wells and directional drilling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
