Job Description:
GP Solution is seeking skilled Drilling, Completions, and Well Engineers to support upcoming drilling campaigns and well intervention projects across Europe. The role involves planning, engineering, and executing well operations in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and plan drilling and completion programs.
• Monitor well operations and optimize drilling performance.
• Coordinate with rig teams and service contractors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and operational standards.
• Prepare detailed well reports and documentation.
Requirements:
• Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Drilling Engineering.
• Minimum 4–5 years of drilling and completion experience.
• Familiarity with well control and simulation software (e.g., WellCAT, Landmark).
• Valid IWCF/IADC certification preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: Rotational (e.g., 28/28 or 35/35).
