Job Description:
The Coring Engineer will design, plan, and execute coring operations to obtain high-quality core samples for reservoir evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare coring programs and select appropriate equipment
• Supervise coring operations and ensure core integrity
• Coordinate with drilling and geological teams on core handling
• Ensure HSE compliance during coring activities
• Deliver technical reports and core analysis summaries
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geosciences, or related field
• Significant field experience in coring operations
• Knowledge of coring tools, handling, and preservation methods
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• IWCF certification preferred
