Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Onshore Electrician for a temporary assignment in Peterhead, United Kingdom. This role involves supporting the Electrical Supervisor by carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks on site electrical equipment while ensuring compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified electricians with industrial or Oil & Gas experience who are available for immediate mobilisation.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
Support the Electrical Supervisor with daily site operations.
Diagnose electrical faults and carry out corrective maintenance.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with site HSE procedures and electrical regulations.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and report any equipment defects.
Requirements:
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
Valid Electrical Qualification.
Previous experience in an industrial or Oil & Gas environment is advantageous.
CompEx certification is preferred but not essential.
Good understanding of electrical safety procedures and site regulations.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
