Job Description:
We are currently looking for a 3rd Electrician to join a Drillship Vessel for an upcoming offshore assignment starting next week. This opportunity is suitable for marine electrical personnel with previous offshore or drilling vessel experience who are available at short notice. The successful candidate will support the safe and efficient operation of the vessel’s electrical systems, assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of onboard equipment, and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards. This is a short rotational assignment offering the opportunity to work onboard a modern drilling unit.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in the maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical systems and equipment onboard
• Supporting the electrical department in troubleshooting faults and ensuring uninterrupted vessel operations
• Monitoring the condition and performance of generators, switchboards, motors, and auxiliary electrical systems
• Maintaining electrical records, maintenance logs, and technical documentation as required
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company standards during all electrical works

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience in a similar rank and/or on drilling vessels will be considered an advantage
