Job Description:
Worldwide Recruitment Solutions (WRS) is looking for 2 Junior Drillers to join a drillship operating from Las Palmas. The positions are for short-term assignments, with one Junior Driller required to mobilise ASAP for 4 weeks and the second position starting on 09 September 2026 for 4 weeks.
The successful candidates will support drilling operations onboard the drillship and must hold valid offshore drilling and safety certifications, including IWCF, OGUK Medical, BOSIET/FOET, and CA-EBS.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist with the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations.
Support the Driller and drilling team with routine operational activities.
Monitor and operate drilling equipment as instructed and in accordance with company procedures.
Carry out equipment checks and assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Follow all offshore safety, emergency response, and drilling procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Junior Driller or in a similar drilling position
Valid IWCF certification
Valid Passport
Valid OGUK Medical
Valid BOSIET or FOET certification
Valid CA-EBS certification
Good command of English
Offshore drilling experience is required
