Job Description:
Geoplex Drillteq Limited is recruiting an experienced Senior Driller to lead rig operations and ensure safe, efficient drilling practices. The Senior Driller will supervise the crew, manage drilling parameters, and maintain compliance with company HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily rig operations and personnel activities
• Monitor drilling parameters and optimize performance
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce operational discipline
• Maintain accurate drilling logs and reports
• Coordinate with Rig Manager and client representatives

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of drilling experience
• Valid IWCF/IADC certification
• Proven leadership and HSE competence
• Strong mechanical and operational understanding
• Excellent English communication skills
