Job Description:
We are currently hiring Main and Auxiliary Drillers for our client's upcoming project. These are permanent, staff positions. In order to be considered, candidates must be UK, EU, or South African nationals and meet the training and experience requirements listed below.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Main Driller:
· Supervision of all drilling operations, including well control, pipe handling, and drilling parameters
· Operation of NOV drilling equipment and monitoring of drilling systems
· Leadership of floor crew and coordination with the Toolpusher and Assistant Driller
· Compliance with all safety management systems, well control procedures, and HSEQ requirements
Auxiliary Driller:
· Assisting the Main Driller with drilling operations and well control
· Operation and monitoring of NOV auxiliary drilling systems
· Supervision of floor crew and maintenance of drilling equipment
· Participation in safety drills and emergency response activities

Requirements:
Nationality:
· UK, EU, or South African nationals – mandatory
Experience & Training:
· At least two years' operational experience in this role on-board a MODU (semi-submersible or drillship) within the past five years – mandatory
· Experience of deepwater drilling campaigns – mandatory
· NOV Drilling Equipment expertise – mandatory
· IWCF Well Control – Combined Surface & Subsea – Level 3 – mandatory
· OPITO Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET) or Further Offshore Emergency Training (FOET) with CA-EBS – mandatory
· Medical Certificate of Fitness for Offshore Work – OGUK or STCW – mandatory
· Valid STCW certificates as applicable
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
