Job Description:
Avoda Solutions is hiring experienced Drillers to join upstream drilling operations in Nigeria. The Driller will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of drilling equipment, supervising crew activities, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor drilling equipment in compliance with procedures
• Supervise the drill crew and ensure safety practices are followed
• Conduct pre-job checks and maintenance of rig systems
• Report drilling progress, incidents, and performance to supervisors
• Assist in training junior crew members
Requirements:
• Valid offshore certifications (IWCF/IADC Well Control, HUET, BOSIET)
• Minimum 5–7 years’ offshore drilling experience in similar roles
• Strong knowledge of drilling systems and rig equipment
• Medical fitness certificate
• Effective communication skills in English
