Job Description:
Operate and supervise drilling operations on oil rigs, ensuring efficient and safe execution of drilling programs in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate drilling equipment and manage rig crew.
• Ensure correct use and maintenance of BOP equipment.
• Monitor drilling parameters and maintain operational control.
• Enforce safety procedures and lead safety drills.
• Prepare daily drilling reports and documentation.
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience in drilling operations.
• Certified in drilling courses and BOP operation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
