Job Description:
Operate drilling rigs and supervise drilling operations for onshore and offshore oil & gas projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor drilling equipment.
• Manage drilling crew and coordinate shifts.
• Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed.
• Maintain drilling logs and reports.
• Troubleshoot operational issues on-site.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience on drilling rigs.
• Valid STCW and offshore certifications.
• Strong leadership and technical skills.
• Good English communication.
