Job Description:
Team Recruitment is seeking experienced Drillers for upcoming offshore drilling projects in the North Sea.
The Driller is responsible for controlling drilling operations, supervising drilling crews, ensuring equipment performance, and maintaining safe and efficient drilling activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and control drilling equipment safely.
Supervise drilling crew and rig floor activities.
Monitor drilling parameters and operational performance.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and HSE standards.
Coordinate with offshore departments during operations.
Requirements:
Valid offshore certificates
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Proven offshore Driller experience
Extensive knowledge of drilling operations
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
