Job Description:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Offshore Pile Top Drillers. This is a unique entry point into a specialized field with a clear and structured career path. You will begin by learning the trade hands-on under the direct supervision of an experienced Driller on active global projects. Our operations span worldwide, offering diverse and challenging work environments. Initial training and project preparation are based at our client's workshop in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands.

With proven skill, ambition, and commitment, you will have the opportunity to progress into the role of Drilling Supervisor, taking on leadership and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Driller (initial phase):

· Assist the Lead Driller in the setup, operation, and maintenance of pile top drilling equipment.
· Learn and adhere to all safety procedures, technical specifications, and quality standards.
· Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting under supervision.
· Support the drilling team with tool handling, site preparation, and data recording.

Upon progression to Drilling Supervisor:

· Lead the offshore drilling team, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality of operations.
· Act as the primary point of contact for the client's representative on-site.
· Plan daily operations, manage work permits, and oversee project administration.
· Be responsible for equipment performance, drilling parameters, and final reporting.

Requirements:

· Education: Preferably an LTS or MBO diploma (or international equivalent) in a technical field such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Maritime Technology. Relevant hands-on experience will also be considered.
· Mandatory Offshore Certifications (All Valid):
  · Offshore Medical Certificate (e.g., OGUK or similar).
  · BOSIET / FOET certificate, including HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) and CA-EBS (Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System).
  · GWO Basic Safety Training certification.
· Willingness to work in a physically demanding offshore environment on a rotational schedule.
· Strong mechanical aptitude, team spirit, and a keen motivation to learn and develop.
· Proficiency in English (technical and operational communication).

This role is designed for growth. You will start as a Trainee Driller, learning the core skills on the job. With demonstrated competence, you will advance to a fully qualified Offshore Pile Top Driller. Continued development and leadership can lead to promotion to Drilling Supervisor, with responsibilities for team leadership, client liaison, and project management on site.

· Rotation: Standard offshore rotation (e.g., 4 weeks on/off, to be confirmed).
