• Operate rig machinery and control drilling operations
• Supervise drill crew and coordinate tasks
• Maintain drilling logs and records
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues with guidance
• Follow all safety and operational protocols

Requirements:
• Onshore drilling experience required
• Valid drilling certifications
• EU nationality or right to work in the EU preferred
• English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness
