Job Description:
The Directional Driller will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising directional drilling operations for onshore oil and gas wells. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Rotary Steerable Systems (RSS) and advanced drilling technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute directional drilling programs safely and efficiently
• Operate and optimize RSS and MWD/LWD systems
• Monitor well trajectory and ensure accuracy to drilling plan
• Communicate and coordinate with drilling supervisors and rig crews
• Prepare post-well reports and provide technical recommendations

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of directional drilling experience
• Proven experience operating RSS tools
• Technical degree or equivalent certification in drilling engineering
• Medical fitness certificate
• English communication proficiency
• Strong safety and problem-solving mindset
