Job Description:
The Directional Driller will be responsible for planning and executing directional and horizontal drilling operations. This includes real-time decision-making, providing technical input, and ensuring alignment with well plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate directional drilling tools and technologies
• Monitor well trajectory and ensure alignment with well plans
• Provide real-time support and troubleshooting during drilling operations
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation of drilling activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or relevant technical field
• Proven experience as a directional driller in oil & gas operations
• Knowledge of MWD/LWD and downhole tool operations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Medical fitness certificate
