Assistant Driller on 7th Generation Drillship

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients for the following offshore position on a 7th Generation Drillship. Mobilisation is ASAP for a 4–6 week hitch (one hitch).

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

· Assisting the Driller with drilling operations and well control procedures
· Monitoring drilling parameters and ensuring compliance with drilling programs
· Supervision of floor crew and maintenance of drilling equipment
· Operation and monitoring of drilling systems
· Compliance with all safety management systems, permit-to-work procedures, and HSEQ requirements
· Participation in safety drills and emergency response activities

Requirements:

Essential Requirements:

· IWCF (Well Control Certificate) – required
· Valid Assistant Driller COC or relevant experience
· Valid STCW certificates as applicable
· Valid BOSIET / FOET with CA-EBS (preferred)
· Valid Medical Certificate (offshore / OGUK or equivalent)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Experience: Previous experience on drillships or semi-submersible rigs in a similar position
· Availability: Must be available for ASAP mobilisation for 4–6 weeks (one hitch)
