Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Overseeing and managing all drilling, technical, mechanical, electrical, and HSE activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
· Supervising crew, maintaining equipment, and executing drilling programs according to plan.
· Ensuring strict adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company standards.
· Providing maintenance, troubleshooting, and specialized services (for technical/engineering/medical roles) to support continuous rig operations.

Requirements:
· Relevant certifications and valid medical fitness for the position.
· Proficiency in English communication.
· Significant prior experience in drilling operations, preferably on land rigs.
· Experience with high-power (e.g., 3000 HP) rigs is advantageous.
· For Rig Doctor: MBBS degree and relevant medical registration.
