Job Description:
Vessel Type: Harding Platform
An urgent opportunity is available for an experienced Assistant Driller to join the Harding Platform in the UK North Sea. The assignment will commence on 4 August for approximately 1 week, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will support drilling operations, maintain equipment, and assist the Driller in ensuring safe and efficient performance.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist the Driller with daily drilling operations.
Monitor drilling equipment and maintain operational readiness.
Participate in well control and safety procedures.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of drilling equipment.
Ensure compliance with company HSE and operational standards.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates (where applicable)
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid IWCF Well Control certification
Working at Heights Unit 2 or Unit 7
All mandatory offshore certification
Right to Work in the UK
Previous experience as an Assistant Driller on offshore drilling installations
