Job Description:

A drilling company operating in the Oil & Gas sector in Kuwait is urgently recruiting experienced rig crew members to support ongoing drilling operations. The project involves working on drilling rigs responsible for well drilling, rig floor operations, and equipment maintenance.

The company is looking for skilled personnel with previous oil and gas drilling rig experience who can work in a fast-paced operational environment while maintaining high safety and performance standards.

Available Positions

• Assistant Driller

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in daily drilling and rig floor operations
• Handling drilling equipment, tools, and materials safely
• Supporting maintenance and operational tasks on the drilling rig
• Ensuring compliance with HSE procedures and safety regulations
• Coordinating with supervisors and drilling crew to maintain efficient operations

Requirements:

• Valid industry certifications relevant to the applied position
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience on oil & gas drilling rigs is required
• Ability to work in rotation schedules and demanding offshore/onshore environments

Employment Details:

• Contract Duration: Rotation 56 days on / 28 days off
