Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Driller in daily drilling operations.
Supervise floor crew and ensure safe practices.
Monitor drilling parameters and report abnormalities.
Coordinate with Derrickman and Rig Mechanic for equipment maintenance.
Act as Driller in his absence if required.
Requirements:
Offshore drilling experience as Assistant Driller.
Valid well control certification (IWCF/IADC).
Strong knowledge of drilling equipment and safety standards.
Ability to lead small teams effectively.
