Job Description:
Ventia is seeking a motivated Assistant Driller to support rig operations, ensuring safety, precision, and productivity across drilling activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Driller in daily drilling operations.
• Monitoring rig equipment and maintaining drilling parameters.
• Supervising rig crew on deck and ensuring safety compliance.
• Performing operational checks and maintenance tasks.
• Reporting directly to the Driller and Rig Manager.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in drilling or oilfield operations.
• Valid drilling and safety certifications (IWCF or equivalent preferred).
• Leadership and teamwork skills.
• Strong mechanical and operational knowledge.
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: Long-term rotational assignment (3:3 or 2:2).
