Job Description
Atlas NextWave is looking for experienced Derrickhands to join offshore drilling rigs.
The Derrickhand is responsible for mud system operations, pipe handling in the derrick, and supporting drilling activities while maintaining strict adherence to offshore safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitoring and maintaining mud systems
• Handling tubulars in the derrick
• Supporting tripping operations
• Maintaining drilling fluid systems
• Ensuring safe working practices at height
• Reporting operational issues to supervisors
Requirements
• Proven offshore drilling experience as Derrickhand
• Valid offshore safety and working-at-height certifications
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Strong knowledge of mud systems
• Immediate availability
