Job Description:

Precision Drilling is seeking experienced Derrickhands to join its U.S. Drilling Rig Talent Pool for upcoming land rig projects.
The role requires progressive drilling experience and strong commitment to safety, operational excellence, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Working in the derrick during drilling operations
 • Monitoring drilling fluids and assisting with well control activities
 • Performing maintenance and rig floor duties
 • Following company HSE and HOP principles

Requirements:

• Progressive drilling experience beyond Motorhand level
 • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
 • Ability to pass physical fitness and drug/alcohol screening
 • Ability to work 14-day rotations and 12-hour outdoor shifts
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English communication

Employment Details:

• Rotation: 14 days on / 14 days off
• Salary: USD 34.07–36.63 per hour
