Job Description:
We are looking for qualified and certified Crane Operators to support offshore wind construction and installation activities in the Baltic Sea.
The successful candidates will be responsible for operating cranes during offshore lifting operations, supporting the installation of equipment and materials, and ensuring safe and efficient lifting activities in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operating offshore cranes for lifting and positioning equipment and materials.
• Carrying out pre-operational inspections and equipment checks.
• Coordinating lifting operations with riggers and lifting supervisors.
• Following approved lifting plans and crane operating procedures.
• Monitoring operational conditions and ensuring compliance with HSE requirements.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Crane Operator.
• Valid and recognized crane operator certification.
• Offshore crane operating experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of lifting procedures and offshore safety requirements.
• Valid offshore safety certifications.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding offshore environment.
