Job Description:
Select Offshore is currently seeking to connect with experienced UK FWP crew for an upcoming offshore project. The role offers competitive day rates and long-term employment opportunities within the offshore energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing offshore construction, fabrication, and welding tasks
• Carrying out rigging and lifting operations safely and efficiently
• Operating cranes and heavy lifting equipment in offshore conditions
• Supervising deck or rigging teams where applicable
• Ensuring compliance with offshore safety procedures and permits to work
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Supporting project execution within set timelines and quality requirements
Requirements:
• Proven offshore experience in relevant role
• Valid offshore certifications and safety training (as per UK offshore standards)
• Relevant trade qualifications (welding, rigging, crane operations, etc.)
• Strong understanding of offshore HSE procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Medical fitness certificate for offshore work
• Right to work / eligibility for UK offshore deployment (if required by project)
