Job Description:
DMC Offshore is urgently recruiting a qualified Crane Operator for an upcoming Jack-Up Drilling Rig project in Croatia.
The successful candidate will operate offshore cranes, carry out pre-use inspections, and perform lifting operations in accordance with approved lifting plans and project safety procedures.
Croatian candidates are particularly encouraged to apply. Other EU candidates are welcome if they hold or are eligible to obtain a valid A1 certificate.
The assignment will last approximately 60–90 days, with mobilisation as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operate offshore cranes within the scope of valid certification and authorisation.
• Conduct pre-use inspections and verify equipment readiness.
• Execute lifting operations in accordance with approved lifting plans.
• Coordinate with riggers, deck personnel, and lifting supervisors.
• Monitor operating conditions and report equipment defects or safety concerns.

Requirements:
• Relevant experience as an Offshore Crane Operator.
• Valid crane operator certification appropriate to the equipment and assignment.
• Previous offshore or drilling rig experience is an advantage.
• Valid offshore safety training and medical certification, as required by the project.
• Relevant lifting-operation training and certificates, where applicable.
• Good English communication skills and strong safety awareness.
• Croatian candidates particularly encouraged to apply.
• Other EU candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid A1 certificate.
• Availability for immediate mobilisation and the full 60–90-day assignment.
