Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join a Drillship operating in Las Palmas. The assignment is offshore-based and may extend for one hitch or longer, depending on operational requirements. The role involves safe and efficient crane operations in support of drilling and deck activities in a high-standard offshore environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operating offshore cranes safely in accordance with lifting plans and procedures
• Supporting drilling and deck operations with cargo handling and lifting activities
• Conducting routine inspections and basic checks of crane equipment
• Ensuring compliance with offshore safety regulations and company standards
• Coordinating with deck crew and offshore supervisors during lifting operations
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Proven experience as Crane Operator on offshore vessels (Drillship experience preferred)
• Valid offshore certifications
