Job Description:
We are currently seeking Assistant Crane Operators (ACO’s) for offshore operations in the North Sea. Positions are available for single trips as well as temporary-to-permanent placements, with immediate mobilization planned for next week and the following week.
This role is suited for candidates already residing in the UK or EU who have the legal right to work in the UK and hold all required offshore certifications. The project involves supporting crane operations on offshore installations in a high-standard safety environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in safe crane operations onboard offshore installations
• Supporting lifting operations under supervision of the Crane Operator
• Ensuring compliance with lifting plans and safety procedures
• Carrying out deck duties related to cargo handling and logistics
• Maintaining communication with deck and bridge teams during operations
• Participating in safety meetings and emergency drills

Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK (mandatory)
• Residence in UK or EU
• Relevant offshore certification for crane operations support roles
• Valid offshore medical certificate
• Experience in offshore crane or deck operations (preferred)
• Good understanding of offshore safety procedures and communication in English
