Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Vessel Coordinator to support offshore wind construction and commissioning operations in the Baltic Sea.
The successful candidate will coordinate vessel movements, marine logistics, and operational activities between offshore vessels, project teams, and construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Coordinating vessel schedules, movements, and offshore operations.
• Liaising with vessel masters, offshore supervisors, and project management teams.
• Monitoring vessel availability and marine logistics requirements.
• Supporting safe personnel and equipment transfers between vessels and offshore installations.
• Ensuring compliance with marine safety procedures and project requirements.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Vessel Coordinator or in a similar marine operations role.
• Relevant offshore wind, marine, or vessel coordination experience.
• Knowledge of offshore logistics and marine operations.
• Valid certifications relevant to the position.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding offshore project environment.
