Job Description:
We are currently recruiting a Materials Coordinator for a short offshore assignment. This role is for a Client operating in the North Sea on a temporary trip basis.
Trip duration: 21st – 26th May 2026
Location: Offshore installation (UK sector)
The Materials Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, tracking, and coordination of materials and equipment onboard to support ongoing offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Coordinating receipt, storage, and dispatch of offshore materials
• Maintaining accurate inventory and materials tracking systems
• Supporting deck and logistics operations with material requests
• Ensuring compliance with offshore safety and handling procedures
• Liaising with offshore and onshore teams regarding materials planning
• Ensuring proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods

Requirements:
• Valid offshore certification relevant to the role
• Offshore Survival certification
• Valid OGUK Medical
• MIST certification (preferred)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Previous offshore materials or logistics experience (preferred)
• Must reside in the UK and be able to travel easily (mandatory)
