We are currently recruiting a Materials Coordinator / MCA to support onshore operations in the Americas. The role is focused on materials flow, inventory control, and coordination between logistics, repair shops, and supply chain teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing inventory processes and improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Managing and coordinating incoming inventory and materials distribution
• Ensuring timely delivery of components to repair shops and operational sites
• Working with PSFT Inventory and Purchasing systems
• Supporting configuration management and maintaining item data integrity
• Collaborating with engineering teams on product changes and updates
• Assisting in optimization of obsolete material disposal processes
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
• Supporting KPI tracking and operational performance improvement

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, warehousing, or materials coordination
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience with inventory or supply chain systems is an advantage
• Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
