Job Description:
Seaworks Qatar seeks a Marine Crew Coordinator to manage crew logistics, scheduling, and documentation for marine and offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize crew rotations and maintain crew schedules.
• Handle documentation for visas, training, and certifications.
• Liaise with vessel captains and HR teams on personnel needs.
• Ensure compliance with company and maritime regulations.
• Maintain crew database and prepare monthly reports.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Maritime Studies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marine crew coordination.
• Knowledge of offshore certification standards (STCW, BOSIET).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• English fluency required.
