Job Description:
Drilling Fluids Coordinator II supervises drilling fluids operations, ensuring high efficiency, quality, and safety across multiple rigs or projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and supervise drilling fluids operations on multiple sites
• Support technical problem-solving and optimization of mud systems
• Coordinate with engineers, lab technicians, and field personnel
• Prepare reports on fluids performance and consumption
• Enforce compliance with HSE policies and operational procedures

Requirements:
• Degree in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5–8 years of drilling fluids experience
• Strong knowledge of fluid systems, additives, and testing procedures
• Offshore experience preferred
• Fluent English; valid BOSIET or offshore certification
