Procurement Officer for Drilling Project (Nigeria & Angola)

Job Description:
ICM HOLDING is recruiting a Procurement Officer to support offshore oil and gas and drilling projects in Nigeria and Angola. The candidate will coordinate purchasing activities and ensure timely delivery of required materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Managing procurement requests and purchase orders.
• Communicating with suppliers and contractors.
• Comparing quotations and coordinating purchases.
• Monitoring delivery schedules and procurement documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with company procurement procedures.

Requirements:

• Relevant procurement experience, preferably in oil and gas, maritime, or offshore operations.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Relevant professional qualifications.
• Ability to work in a demanding project environment.
