Job Description:

We are recruiting an experienced 1st Engineer for an upcoming Offshore Drilling Project in the North Sea, with mobilization planned for the end of January 2026. The role involves overseeing engineering operations, maintenance activities, and technical performance onboard while ensuring full compliance with offshore safety standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Supervising engineering and mechanical systems onboard
 • Managing planned and corrective maintenance activities
 • Ensuring safe and efficient operation of machinery
 • Supporting drilling operations from an engineering perspective
 • Maintaining technical documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the rank
 • Valid OGUK Offshore Medical Certificate
 • Offshore survival training (BOSIET / FOET / HUET with EBS or CA-EBS)
 • MIST / IMIST certification
 • Proven offshore drilling experience as 1st Engineer
 • Proficiency in English communication
