Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced 3rd Engineer to join a Geotechnical Drilling Vessel operating in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will support the engine department in maintaining and operating vessel machinery and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations throughout the project. This is a temporary offshore assignment with an expected joining date of 18 June and a contract duration of 8 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with the operation and maintenance of main and auxiliary machinery.
• Monitoring engine room equipment and reporting technical issues.
• Supporting planned maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and company procedures.
• Maintaining accurate engineering and maintenance records.

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid Passport
• Valid Seaman’s Book
• Previous experience in a similar rank is preferred
