As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising and executing daily drilling operations according to project specifications and safety standards
• Ensuring rig equipment and systems are operated and maintained safely and efficiently
• Managing and training rig crews to achieve operational targets
• Monitoring well parameters, drilling fluids, and safety systems
• Maintaining accurate reports and communication with onshore management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling or rig site operations (position-dependent)
• Valid Offshore Medical Certificate
• Valid BOSIET / HUET / H2S certification (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of drilling procedures, well control, and rig safety
• Proficiency in English communication (written and spoken)
• Contract Duration: Project-based or rotational (to be confirmed)
